Once again the 12Z GFS provides a long range hope for Virginia chasing, this time on Good Friday (4/3). The 21Z CAPE forecast graphic provides the evidence:

A surface low is progged to be over southeastern MO with a warm front extending eastward across central Virginia. Bulk shear values look to be >35 knots with a subtle shortwave over far southwestern VA. If the setup continues to look like this Friday may wind up a chase day.

An early April chase would be good!
